Conceptual Design
Conceptual design presents a 2D Image of how your mascot will look based on your design or breif. Conceptual design is used to confirm colour options, branding, vision and general look of your proposed mascot. It is presented in a 3 way static turn ie: front, side and back view. 3 hours of conceptual design are Free, thereafter an hourly rate is charged.
3D Design presents a full 3D Turntable' of your character. As the spinner rotates you are presented with every view of your character plus a transparency view to show human overlay and vision.
Full Design. This service is for clients that require Mascots SA to design a mascot from scratch. This process will include meetings to discuss requirements, initial ideas, basic drawings, colours, branding right through to the final unique character design.Please request a quotation.
Safety & Durability
We use the latest technology in our development process. Gone are the days of heavy, brittle fibreglass and expanded foam heads that go out of shape. All our heads are manufactured using a thermo forming process making them almost indestructible yet light to wear and hygienic. The head can be sanitised after every use.
Inside every head is a lightweight helmet with adjustable strap to ensure the head fits various sizes plus a chinstrap for added safety and comfort. Our unique fan assisted cooling and ventilation systems enhance the wearers comfort.
In line with leading European Manufacturers, our mascots meet the Safety Requirements for vision, ventilation and comfort.
Attention to Detail
Every attention is given to detail. Our eyes are pre formed and hand painted. Teeth are individually cast from foam rubber and hand painted for realism. Vision is either via the eyes or mouth. If via the mouth, the wearer is disguised through a concealed gauze.
