It Starts With The Design

Every great mascot begins with a strong design.

If you already have artwork, we can develop it. If not, our in-house design team will help create your character from scratch.

During the design phase we consider:

  • Size & proportions

  • Vision & safety

  • Ventilation & comfort

  • Balance & movement

  • Fabrics & branding

A good design = a mascot that lasts for years.

Key Things To Decide Early

Before production begins, we’ll discuss:

  • What the mascot will be used for (events, dancing, promotions, etc.)

  • How many mascots you need

  • Comfort & cooling options

  • Vision & safety

  • Transport & storage

  • Branding & colours

  • Outfit & accessories

  • Cleaning & maintenance

  • Optional animatronics (moving eyes, mouth, ears)

These choices affect both the final look and the cost.

The Manufacturing Process

Once the quote is accepted and the deposit is paid:

  1. Final design is confirmed

  2. A prototype is made for fit & comfort

  3. Components are sculpted and moulded

  4. Fabrics are sourced and printed

  5. Costume is assembled and detailed

  6. Branding is added

  7. Final fitting and quality checks

Photos are sent for approval before delivery.
